Terms & Condition
Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded 80% of the total deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days from arrival will forfeit the deposit. One free change of dates is allowed if made 7 days before the arrival. Any subsequent changes or changes made within 7 days from arrival will be charged 20% of the deposit. There is a 3 night minimum during holidays, special events, and the month of October.
RV SITES: No tents allowed and only one camping unit per site.
CAMPING CABINS: No smoking. Equipped with heat/air, cable TV, microwave, mini fridge, charcoal grill, and outdoor water spigot. Linens are not provided for the twin bunks or full size bed.
LOG CABINS: No smoking. No pets allowed. Includes fully equipped kitchen and all linens are provided.
DELUXE CABINS: No smoking. No pets allowed. Located 5 miles off the parkway from traffic light #3 Wear’s Valley Rd (US321). Includes washer/dryer, outdoor hot tub, and gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens provided.
